His point the ULA uses Russian main engines is quite timely. I’m sure those are marked up quite a bit. It just infuriates me we (Congress etc.) let us put us in a bind for man rated hardware to get to low orbit. That should never have happened. With all respect for the Air Force robot shuttle, that manned lift ability is a key national asset AFAIK.
