I’ve lost a metric fuck-ton of hypothetical money in the stock market the last week. Know what though? I really don’t care. I am still healthy and safe, so are the people I care about and I am doing what I can to keep it that way.
A lot of Randian “greed is good” assholes are about to run headfirst into an un-yielding wall of reality.

I really hope that if anything positive comes from this crisis is that it kills Randian Objectivism’s influence on our political discussion along with nationalist populism. I’ve been talking about the crisis with people all over the world. Our shared humanity matters more than borders.
