So what? If they have tried— according to one dude, who I assume you’re not going to name, and I have no reason to believe— they’ve failed. They do not report on things in the flat-out dishonest fashion of Fox. They do have some people who have a liberal ‘bias’, but one of those, Maddow, is like the inverse of the right-wing talk show hosts, in that she does a very significant amount of research and, while not infallible, tends to be highly meticulous.

Is that, perhaps, what you meant? That they want to be moderately liberal where Fox is radically conservative, and accurate where Fox is innacurate? That’d fix the Yin/Yang metaphor too.
