AP article: The article makes it clear that parents will need to contact their insurance company to add the baby to their policy. The healthcare.gov website is not able to accept such changes yet, supposedly due to all the updates that had to be made over the past three months so the cite could accept applications. The update to the website is needed to recalculate subsidies and premiums, but does not affect coverage of the baby.
