I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: The Internet is like body armor for stupid. Any ol’ geek thinks he can do whatever he wants on the ‘Net, things he’d never dare to do to a man up close and personal.

That is so true. And our society has become so utterly wussified. There was a time when it was understood that if you opened your mouth like that, you would take some lumps. I strongly believe that we have become a more coarse and vulgar society largely because of that.
