Like I said before, there is a lot of conflicting testimony, some of it backs up the police and some doesn’t. Aslo, the video feeds in the store had a glitch so they were never able to produce the video.

According to witnesses there were 3 cops each shouting commands and a crowd that was trying to get the hell out of the way, almost chaos. The officer who fired first said he was on heightened alert because he knew scott was a trained vet. According to his testimony he told scott to drop the weapon and then he shot him when the weapon was pulled out, still in the holster. That may be legally justifiable but hardly worthy of a medal of freedom.
