Shannon’s tweet here is interesting because it can be read as indicating that @auditthemedia (aka criminal revenge porn extortionist Craig Brittain) is a part of Chuck’s Got News operation. It also helps explain why Chuck hasn’t published any of those “dick pics” he promised yesterday. If Brittain is involved and Chuck did publish the pics he wouldn’t just run up against California’s anti revenge porn law, it would be a direct violation of Brittain’s consent decree with the Federal Trade Commission.
