It’s basically a nuclear option if the states feel like they need to bulldoze the federal government on some issue. I don’t think even Drumpf will push us so far as to trigger that particular fail-safe.

Meanwhile Cenk and his WolfPAC is pushing to call a Constitutional Convention to overturn Citizens United. If he gets that the door is open for anything. That scares me. What will they go after in such a convention? Will they gut everything in the Bill of Rights except the 2nd Amendment?
