I read a few wingnut posts today “debunking” this. The wingnuts failed to see that the lefties are making fun of them of the new DoJ logo, etc.

Well, maybe they’re just trying to forestall someone making a big production out of it. Lefties may be kidding about this, but there are too many on the right who would take such pretend objections at face value.
