Yes, but AB’s own words and actions coupled with a very clear attempt to smear and announcing before hand that he was looking to smear will not go well for him. In front of any jury you have a grandmotherly hard working lady who really helped a Second World War veteran after he had been shitty to her - and he goes to bat for her now - vs. a fat egomanical braggart who bragged about taking her down with a false story.

AB doesn’t have a prayer if it goes to any civilized jury. Of course that is why he tried so hard to get the trial moved from DC.

You’re right, but I don’t think the case will ever get in front of a jury. Most likely it’ll be dismissed. If not, it’ll be settled. A trial would be too risky for Breitbart, so if he has to he’ll pay Sherrod off.
