In an absolute and objective sense, not at all. But 90% of what we talk about involving this case is conjecture, heavily shaded by how we stand on the issue of SYG and race in general.

I have come to assume that the state prosecutors must have a pretty solid case, or they would not have pressed for second-degree murder charges.
Zimmerman’s jittery behavior tends to support that assumption.
