It’s a wonder what the removal of one nasty egg does to the basket. I mean I am still not fond of Thomas, Alito, and Roberts, but Scalia was a special kind of asshole.

Justice Kennedy wrote the 20-page majority opinion. Justices Alito and Roberts dissent, with Kagan not participating.
