Have they tried….reading the instructions? Or perhaps watching a helpful video on YouTube?

When I got my iPhone SE 3rd Gen, before doing anything, I watched a video on YouTube on how to set up the phone. Thankfully, Apple makes it very easy, but it’s always good to go into something new at least somewhat prepared.

That’s why I assume it’s an attention-span problem. You can be entirely clueless and succeed in setup if you can just focus on simple instructions for a few minutes.
