What’s scary is that our President is supposed to be an attorney, and yet he doesn’t understand that the Constitutional guarantees provided to the accused in our country do not apply to enemy combatants. Either that, or he just thinks it would be really “gracious” of us if we did. Either way, it’s a huge mistake.

Even worse, we are likely to release these guys before the other side (AQ et al.) actually gives up. I’m sorry, but that’s just brainless.
