My understanding is that this is part of their no-refusal weekend deal. They’ll have judges on speed-dial (or something) to obtain the warrant for DUI suspects who refuse the breath-tests.

It sucks on many levels.

What would they do if alcohol is not found in the bloodstream but THC is? Is it possible to make a distinction between someone who smoked two days ago and someone who smoked two hours ago?
