What would make a plastic gallon of distilled water (unopened) evaporate? I was trying to keep it for the iron. I confess, I still iron all-cotton stuff, including bed linens. There was no water on the closet floor. Very mysterious and happened in about 2 wks.

One of my roommates ironed her bed linens. And t-shirts.

I figure I’m doing good if stuff gets folded before it’s worn again.
