Exactly. First we should all be clear that Jr is lying about the meeting not being productive or resulting in the campaign getting any info. That’s obvious bullshit, it’s why he lied all through the campaign about not having any Russian contacts. At that meeting they set up the Alfa Bank server connection as the secret backchannel for deciding which information Russia should release to Wikileaks and when it should be released. That’s why that backchannel only really became active and data traffic started spiking in the days after the meeting.
