Senate’s website is showing Jones did as well, with the final vote 55-44.

And Rand Paul voted No. Of course, if his vote actually mattered, it would probably have been a Yes. Jones I can understand — he’s up in 2020, but Manchin and Sinema don’t have to worry until 2024.
