For insurance plans? That would be a good thing. Even with doctor charges which is almost not considered in this day and age. I know in my case I can only pay in cash so when I ask “how much for an office visit” they’re taken aback. I did have one doctor in the past cut me a deal for what could have been an expensive procedure.
