There is a difference between a siege and an occupation.

Most “activists” I’ve debated with who argue Gaza is still under occupation, describe a siege/blockade in order to prove their point.

A land that is completely blockaded on both land and sea, while surrounded by walls and a military force that strikes whenever it desires. How exactly is that not “occupied”?
