Canadians are. S&W makes most of their new models with 4.25” barrels to meet the legal requirements in Canada. They don’t make it easy to buy the tiny things that sell like hotcakes here but you can buy them up there.

What Canada doesn’t have is a bunch of John Wayne wannabes.
