That’s great. It has been almost 2 years for my wife. But they still haven’t taken the chemo port out so we are still kinda wary that more chemo will be needed. Not to mention that the initial chemo treatments had to be suspended halfway through because she needed to have her right foot amputated (she is type 1 diabetic and been dealing with that for 50+ years, which the lowered immune system from chemo and the diabetes let an infection get to the bone) and then resumed after she healed from the amputation. Then there was the heart attack and double bypass surgery. It has been a rough couple years for her.
