I don’t think you can speak of Communism before 1847/48. More significant are probably conservative reactionary anti-jewish and anti-freemasonic conspiracy theories in the wake of the French Revolution that had been promoting a lot of liberal ideas that benefitted formerly discriminated Jews. Also, a lot of Utopian Socialism, arguably a sort of proto-Communist movement, was borne out of the French Revolution.
