Really? That’s not such a great idea in my book. I think the POTUS should authorize the testing of these “unarmed” MRV’d missiles. Just to keep some idjit from “test launching” an armed one!

I doubt it. This is all pre-planned, pre-scheduled and pre-approved. However, I’m open to any reference you might find.
