I think you don’t know a damn thing about their relationship, and neither do I. Who the hell are you to say how much she loved him and whether her grief is ‘real’ enough for you?

And I’ve seen enough people on this site use the term ‘radical leftist’ to mean anyone sitting on Colin Powell’s left, so I’ll take that with a bushel of salt.

BTW: WTF would it matter? You think ‘radical leftists’ don’t love their kids? You think parents who don’t get to live with their kids love them any less?

I think your rationalisations here are disgusting. Maybe she did behave badly. How the hell might anyone act after the death of a child? It unhinges the most rational people. It destroys marriages. It changes everything, forever, for the parents.

And I think it’s utterly vile that you or anyone imagines it’s possible to judge any parent enduring that.
