Poor, poor Bank of America.

BoA currently holds our mortgage. The wife and I talked last night about looking elsewhere. I have no compunctions about kicking BoA while they’re down. :)

BoA are some serious fuckers. Some years ago, they lost one of my pay checks after I had deposited it, in person, to a person behind the counter. I had the receipt.

When I say lost, I mean they physically lost the check.

So they had credited my account because the teller punched it in, but then a few days later pulled the money out without telling me and caused a couple of things to bounce which of course led to overdraft fees and a whole bunch of hassle.

In the course of trying to clear that up, they tried to tell me that the receipt I held did not mean that they actually received my paycheck and argued with me about how nice they would be if they removed even one overdraft fee!

Well… let’s just say they will never get my business again.
