Temps in Philly this morning:
7am - 54F - rain
10am - 49F - rain
1 pm - 39F - rain (and a little snow flurry now and then)

It is predicting that the temp will drop below freezing by 7pm. And below 20F by 11pm or so.

The Feline Overlords appear to be unconcerned.
