I love Mussadan curry myself. I love teasing my sil and her family since Peru gave the Western world potatoes and so many of my fave dishes have potatoes.
The first real exotic food I ever tried (outside of the bland Tex-Mex and other pseudo-foreign foods they serve in Indiana) was sushi, one of Mrs. Fish’s favorite non-American cuisines. Along with that, I enjoy the aforementioned peanutty noodles, and just about every flavor of curry I’ve ever tried. Samosas are a great snack, their only drawback health-wise being deep fried. And they’re one of the few vegetarian entrees that I enjoy eating.
