House Bill 244 (ostensibly a bill for military families) prohibits schools from enforcing any CDC guidance, including quarantining students or staff who test positive for Covid-19.

The bill states an unvaccinated person cannot be treated any differently than a vaccinated one.

The bill goes into effect in ninety days. Gov. Mike DeWine (wingnut) says if the CDC would just approve a vaccine that would make the issue moot (narrator, no it won’t because wingnuts will never be satisfied).
