New abortion bill extends waiting period, prohibits procedures at UNC hospitals

Could that run afoul of constitutional protections if the UNC hospital system has completely taken over a region of the state and there is really no reasonable alternative location?

(Then again, that is pretty much the goal of the legislation, isn’t it?)
