Important to note that Hillary Clinton had, and still has, a bit of a public perception problem. Despite the fact that she’s very clearly not guilty of any of the charges that have been leveled at her, enough people believe she is that it may have materially affected the number of people who said, “I’ll never vote for Trump, but I’m not going to vote for HER, either.”

I can tell you a lot of Dems in Wisconsin, especially women said, I hate Trump but hate Hillary even more. They really figured that no matter how bad he was, he’d be better than her.
