Like most of us I know people who quit alcohol, cocaine, whatever. What many of them have in common is an inability to quit tobacco to this day. I was lucky, I had a case of strep throat that made inhaling cool air painful. By the time my throat healed I was past the worst of the cravings.
Tobacco may be the most powerful addictant of them all. Or so it seems, I’m no expert.
