I don’t believe that the Bush administration was complicit in the September 11th, attacks. I do believe that it voluntarily ignored the warning signs because no one in that administration believed that terrorists could do so much damage and so they figured that they’d have a cheap casus belli to carry out their neocon wet dreams of a war of conquest.
