I don’t know whether you know this, but is half an hour twice a week in my target heart rate zone worth anything, cardiovascular fitness-wise? (I do it jogging.)

Certainly it’s good. A slight bit more …three days would be better and a good baseline
And even walking the other days some or all ..assuming alternating days…
And those walk days don’t have to be in the zone

In general. Moving is better than not. Anything in the zone is better than not.
So keep it up!
