Where does Obama plan to send the terrorist inmates and what does he plan to do with them? Because,

a) their home counties refuse to take them, or
b) their home countries will take them & torture them, so the US can’t deport them
c) they cannot be imprisoned in the US with a trial & conviction
d) the gov’t cannot obtain a conviction because of court challenges over rules of evidence

which leaves the only option,

e) release the terrorists in the USA.
