re: #8 Killgore Trout

I was also very uncomfortable with Obama’s campaign. His past associations and his plans to accept defeat in Iraq were a problem for me. He didn’t have much of a political record to look back on and I couldn’t figure out if he was a practical leader. He didn’t exactly campaign as a moderate but I’m glad he’s ruling as one.

I loved the Obama campaign. I have stickers, signs, buttons, all kinds of junk. I went to quite a few rallies, one with him and another with Hillary (whom I supported and actually, she really won Florida, but shitbag Dean wouldn’t let her votes get counted and I realize this is a runon sentence and I should be pissed off about Hill losing, but I’m fucking used to it at this point and I’ll shut up now.).

Anyway, I feel sorry for those who now support him that they missed all that hoopla. It was wonderful. I felt tied to so many different kinds of people. It was a great energy, a great sense of unity, and a great campaign to be rooting for.
