Obama’s not going to try to make an FDR-style power grab and expand SCOTUS or anything like that. But he’s also made it clear he’s not going to roll over and be the usual spineless wimp that the right wants in their Democrats. It’s an election year and he’s going to name names and he’s going to fight.

That’s the point. And it’s a good thing.

That I have no problem with. Let him bring his arguments. We shall bring ours as well. And then it will be seen which side can convince the greater number of the voting public.
