Limbaugh’s conspiracy theory is that Hoyer is a close buddy of Emanuel’s, and that he covets Pelosi’s speakership. The White house isn’t protecting Pelosi on her lies, because Obama and Emanuel would love to see Hoyer as Speaker and White House puppet.

Pelosi’s dad was Mayor of Baltimore; perhaps Steny Hoyer resents Princess Pelosi’s rise in California, and being 3rd most powerful person after the President.
