Here’s some random thoughts before I have to get busy with my world.

I’m a contrary bastard. I know it, I fight against my baser nature, but it seems to bubble up from the inky depths of my rotten soul.

I’ve never in my life had one of these oh-so-concerned ‘leaders’ come by my house, fix my coffee and breakfast in the morn, pry my aching behind out of bed and set me toddling off to earn my daily bread. But they don’t mind standing there with their itching palms stretched out to relieve me of that daily bread once I’ve earned it.

If you tell me that God wants me to kill someone, I tell you that I don’t want any God that isn’t strong enough to do his own killing.

I want to help my family, my friends, my neighbors, and my fellow humans. I don’t much care to provide their smokes, alcohol, drugs, X-boxes, Ipods, TVs. You can call it a character flaw, that’s fine with me.

You ask me, I’ll tell you what I think. You don’t ask me, I’ll still tell you what I think. That’s it. I won’t make you do what I say. That’s on you, not me.
