I’m not really in favor of an amendment, it’s the responsibility of voters…but I pale at 40yr career congressmen…it would be nice if they would limit themselves, but it’s the best job in the world

An unfortunate side effect would be an increase in lame ducks (AKA Sen Bunning) who might feel free to show new levels of idiocy.
