Classic. The joke was made at the wrong time (Reagan was about to give a radio address and didn’t know the mike was already transmitting), but it was damn funny. Ronald Reagan had a good sense of humor. The Tea Party people who claim his legacy should develop their own sense of humor. It would help them greatly.
