I guess Rush missed the story in the Times that GWB had also sent US military advisers to Uganda as well and for the same reason.(he sent 17 to be exact) and were responsible for scattering the LRA in the first place.
Rush is,and has always been an idiot.(as are most of the “talk show”types on both sides)
