Say what you will about Philly, but you’d probably be hard pressed in Manhattan to get a spot in a decent indoor garage for $9.25.

Heh, $9.25 that’s funny. In Boston you are lucky to find a garage for under $40 during weekday work hours.

I remember a few years back Boston raised their parking ticket rates because the parking tickets were lower than most of the garages so people were just taking the tickets.
