Sorry, but I don’t buy that at all. Obama’s father disappeared from his life by the time he was two years old, and they met only once or twice before his father’s death. The beliefs and opinions of his father don’t mean shit in the sum total of President Obama’s life.

Fuck Dinesh D’Souza for even putting that garbage out there, fuck Forbes for putting it on the cover, and fuck Newt for parroting it instead of calling it out for being the blatantly racist drivel it was.

I’m talking about the philosophy to which his father subscribed, not the father’s influence on the son. I agree that there isn’t a strong “anti-colonialist” influence in Obama. I also wonder how D’Souza’s words will be received in India (his country of birth).
