I saw something like this earlier this evening and my reaction was a pure WTF? What are some of these people seeing and thinking?

A lot of Republicans aren’t voting on the Republican side because Trump’s the effective nominee, so they are crossing over. And then you have the Democrats that didn’t vote for Obama in 2008:

In 2008, Hillary Clinton took 88% of the Dem primary vote in Mingo County, WV. Today, she took just 21% - largest swing in the nation.
