please! He’s spenty his life PERSECUTING people for being gay, and contributing to a culture where people start to think it’s justified to discriminate against gay people!

I have every sympathy for people who remain closeted, for people who struggle with their sexuality, for people who are in pain. I have NONE WHATSOEVER for a douchebag who has devoted his life to persecuting others— and how do you know it’s shame and selfloathing that makes someone like him be a hypocrite? Maybe it’s just that he’s a fuckwad who knew he could make himself a nice living by being a hypocritical douchebag.
