AM General makes the HMMWV. GM makes the Hummer. Two different critters. GM sold the Hummer to Chinese interests. As I understand it, AM General and GM are not the same. So, why would HMMWV workers be working for the Chinese?

Sorry, the civilian version will be owned by the Chinese, but they’ll all be built by Americans. The GM Hummer is built at the AM General plant, confused yet ?
