I’m talking about the 73% of the electorate that isn’t certifiable.

The problem with certifiable is that many people believe what they see on tv. Especially older people who grew up with Walter Cronkite and later Peter Jennings…you know, real news people…at a period where lying on a news cast would have been a major scandal.

Now it’s…Meh.

Some of these folks are not certifiable. They are being lied to and eating up the lies.
