I’m talking about all of it—if it’s a medical problem, like we pretend, then treat it with a medicaid prescription and therapy. After we wreck everything they sell, the cartels are the (Mexican) Army’s problem.

I do like the idea of screwing with the Mexican cartels. They are bad for both sides of the border.
