I do.

However, Republicans (and Democrats too) would not agree to the other things that must be done, which are to create a national pharmacy and a national public health care plan that supplements, but does not replace, private health insurance. And to then use these nationalised plans to force lowering of costs, thus reducing government spending and health care waste, but also eating into the profits of health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies and forcing a heavy revamp of their business models.

And that’s too bad.
